St. Mary's - A Haven for Wildlife - Project

Project overview

This group supports the protection of wildlife and also protest conservation of all forms of wildlife and their habitats in its local area and throughout the county of Cumbria. This award is for a project to install an interpretation board at St Mary's Church. This new board will inform the public about the local wildlife in the churchyard. The group will then hold a local event to introduce people to this living churchyard and encourage them to get involved in their activities.
