African Elders Lunch Club - Project

Project overview

This project builds on existing work and aims to reduce isolation and depression for local, elderly residents, through social interaction, inclusiveness and cultural activities. It provides cultural foods for lunch, games, listening to cultural music, seated exercises, dementia awareness activities and encourages participants to talk about their past, original countries and where they used to live.
