This group will use the funding to continue the delivery of a support and advocacy service to families of children who have a disability. Over three years this service will benefit 180 families of children with complex medical needs and/or life-limiting conditions. The project will also work with families who are facing challenging situations relating to the care of their child and will help resilience in parents, giving them the confidence and resources to cope with their parenting role.
