This group will continue to deliver and develop a holistic programme of community-based activities supporting people with poor mental health. People living with mild, severe or enduring mental health conditions will be encouraged to take part in workshops that support relaxation, improve physical health and provide an opportunity to build social connections. Activities will include aromatherapy, yoga, mindfulness and crafts-based workshops. Activities will take place in Huntly and other nearby towns.
