The aim of this project is to support military and police personnel affected by PTSD and stress through mentoring or training and rehabilitation programmes to retrain for employment in civil society or return to active duty. This programme will help military and police personnel to cope with trauma by improving their health and welfare through outbound activities and career guidance following leaving the related services.
