Project overview

The Moving 2 Success project is using a £357,680 grant over four years to prepare young people aged 14-15 to take part in the National Training for Success programme, help them gain qualifications, and prepare for employment. The project is targeting young people who are excluded, not engaging at school or who are considered less academically able. The project is improving their basic literacy, numeracy and ICT skills, building their self-esteem, and supporting them to take their GCSEs. The project is also running a buddy support system with young people who are currently taking part in the National Training for Success programme.
