Project overview

The project will use the funding to support young people aged 15-25 with learning disabilities and autism per year to develop life skills and increase personal resilience and support them to live independently. The project will be delivered through twice weekly sessions, off site activities and supporting volunteering and employment opportunities at partner organisations.
