Project overview

This funding will be used to enable older people throughout the Dudley borough to access a wide range of information, support and activities. The project will combine several interlinking services; Social Prescribing, Information & Advice, and Small Tasks by creating a single-entry point. Each service strand will be staff-led, and activities will be carried out by teams of trained volunteers.
