Project Summary : The project will collect unwanted sportswear from local communities as well as end of line clothing and equipment from sports companies to be recycled and re-sold at affordable prices or even donated to those who are referred. The work will promote habitual healthy lifestyle choices and promote social integration and inclusion by removing barriers to participation. Profits from the social enterprise will be re-invested into the community to support new groups, activities and projects that target those in need. What Money is for : The grant, over three years, will fund 1 x FT Enterprise Development Worker, staff costs, volunteer costs, monitoring, translation costs and marketing.
