SOS Creating Safe Spaces - Project

Project overview

The three year project is working in Belfast to support vulnerable people on the streets on weekend evenings. They are using the grant to make improvements to their current services, including crisis support for people who are immediately at risk and referrals for people who need longer term care and support. Volunteers will be given in-depth training on issues including suicide prevention, safe-guarding children and adults, and training from the PSNI on issues around sexual assault and human trafficking.
