The project will use funding to offer more training and work experience opportunities within their centre which includes a community café and soft play facility. The project aims to upskill vulnerable members of the community to build their confidence, self- esteem and improve their future employability. What Money is for : Training mentoring costs, training allowance, staff supervision, admin, equipment, uniforms, ID, Barista training, food hygiene certification, DBS & CV
