Project overview

This project will provide volunteer-led support for socially isolated older people in Torridge who are frail and at risk of falling or who have experienced a fall. The funding will enable beneficiaries to be visited twice a week over a course of 10 weeks for a range of exercise activities at their home with the aim of encouraging group participation at a community event to follow.
