The funding will enable the project to develop a community hub model, operating in a more holistic way, responding to the specific needs of the community, with a particular emphasis on preventing and reducing loneliness. The project runs a community café, which is an inclusive and safe space for everyone in the area including young parents with babies, older people living alone, local workers and people not working during the day.
