The project offers 6 month paid internships to under-served young women, with additional wrap-around support around developing confidence, independence and skills ' ensuring that participants finish the programme with real choices in life and work. The funding will enable the project to expand from 4 cohorts to 16 in 2023, significantly increasing impact.
