Project overview

The Age at Work project is supporting older workers across Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales to remain in or return to work. The £2,244,942 grant is being used over five years and is jointly led by Age NI and Business in the Community Northern Ireland in partnership with their counterparts in Scotland and Wales. The project is raising awareness of an ageing workforce and supporting businesses to be more age inclusive while helping older people to develop new skills and stay connected to their community.
