Durham Festival of Wellbeing - Project

Project overview

This funding will be used to run a wellbeing festival aimed at local families from rural areas of Teesdale. This will provide a range of activities and sessions including, yoga, pilates, tai chi, mindfulness and music therapy, healthy eating and arts activities. This will bring the community together to reduce isolation and improve wellbeing, and enable the group to improve their services to help meet the needs of the residents at their community hub.
