Project overview

This is a continuation and development of an existing grant which aims to provide the Home-Start package of support to vulnerable families residing in and around Shepway. The package provides a home visiting befriending service to families with children under the age of five, who would not typically engage with mainstream services. In addition to the standard package of practical and emotional support the project has evolved to meeting the changing and challenging needs within the community it serves.
