Peer support for mental health and wellbeing - Project

Project overview

The Prince's Trust, No Limits and Solent Mind will work in partnership to help young people in Southampton to improve their mental health and wellbeing, focusing on those experiencing mental health issues. The project will help young people to build peer relationships, grow in confidence and self-esteem, become more focused on their strengths and develop positive coping mechanisms to deal with adversity. The project will deliver peer support groups, 1:1 sessions, emotional first aid training and workshops.
